Just received an Econgrind low speed staggered rotor granulator for sale.  It is a model ESL330/400 which gives it a 15.8" x 15.5" feed throat, 2 bed knives and 33 rotating knives, 10hp ( 7.5Kw ) motor, and a low rpm for quite operation.
